DSM Corridor Group Ltd (DCG)

 

DCG Discharged its first vessel in the port of Dar es Salaam in April 2004. Today the company has handled in excess of 9 million mtn and offers full logistics solutions to a wide range of clients. To perform to the highest standards DCG has a rigorous training program for its staff and DCG has invested in its own port handling equipment, ranging from specialized bulk tipper trucks, hoppers, to handling equipment like wheel loaders, excavators, forklifts and reach stackers. DCG has developed three different terminals to handle specific cargo in each terminal. The company is a pure service company and not connected to any trade or trader. DCG handles a wide range of cargo peanuts, coffee, timber, grain, fertilizers, sugar, various ores, copper and cobalt to name a few.

DCG has an ISO 9001:2008 certification since 2011 and we have now upgraded to ISO 9001:2015. In addition, DCG has obtained the environmental standard is 14001:2015.

Creativity and innovation are encouraged to improve the effectiveness of DCG. DCG handles cargoes as if they are their own cargo.

DCG Tanzania Ltd (DCGTz)

 

DCGTz is a fully Tanzanian compliant company to Operate Tanzanian dry ports, supply services and materials to the Oil and Gas industry. DCGTz also operate as a Miscellaneous Port Service (MPS) provider in the port of Dar es Salaam.

Central African Corridor Company Ltd (CACC)

 

Established in 2018 and located behind the New Kapiri Mposhi Railway Station in Zambia, Central African Corridor Company Ltd (CACC) operates the Tanzania-Zambia Railway Authority (TAZARA) Dry Port which acts as a logistics hub for both eastern and central corridors.  Our strategic location within Zambia allows for the direct connection of cargoes to and from the port of Dar es Salaam using the railway line. 

The town of Kapiri Mposhi is a major transportation hub for cargoes going to and from Lusaka and the Copperbelt.  The Dry Port is situated 200km north of Lusaka and 120km south of Ndola and stands on the Great North Road acting as a significant hub for the railway connection for TAZARA. 

The four (4) hectare land inside the Tazara Dry Port has a gantry crane of 36 MT lifting capacity, warehousing for storage of different commodities, modern equipment used for loading and offloading bulk and containerized cargo as well as a heavy-duty large capacity weighbridge for trucks. 

CACC is a fully independent company registered in Zambia. CACC is an APCH Group company and is therefore connected to DSM Corridor Group Ltd (DCG) in Tanzania to provide end to end terminal solutions from DRC and Zambia to FOB in Dar es Salaam. We provide services for suppliers and traders.
